About me

Hi, I’m Serena.

I’m a Registered Kinesiologist with over eight years of experience in cardiac and cancer rehabilitation and clinical research in women’s health. This work has shaped how I approach movement: not just as a way to feel stronger today, but as an investment in long-term health and quality of life.

Today, I focus on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with structured strength training and evidence-based coaching to build functional strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable training habits.

Many of the women I work with are navigating changes in energy, strength, recovery, and confidence in their bodies. My goal is to help you understand how strength training can support you through this stage of life, learn the fundamentals in practice, and build confidence in a calm, supportive environment — one step at a time.
